2nd BROKEN NEO - EXTREMELY UNDEPENDABLE
I purchased the Pronto Neo in December. At the time, the software was incomplete. I think Philips tried to rush it to market for XMas. But in the months since, Philips has had a handfull of updates to both the firmware and the NeoEdit package that make.
